Paul worked at 3M for 32 years, beginning as a Senior Chemist. He concluded his time with 3M as the International Technical Affairs Manager, where he was responsible for international technical support for occupational health and safety products for Asia, Latin America and Africa. In addition to his work at 3M, Paul has helped organize conferences on occupational hygiene in partnership with Pan American Health Organization and the World Health Organization. Paul also served as Chair of the International Affairs Committee of the American Industrial Hygiene Association. Paul received a B.S. from Missouri State University and a Doctorate in Organic Chemistry from Duke University. Paul was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, and holds USA/Brazil dual citizenship. |
