Noah Hall is a tireless advocate of balanced and innovative solutions to water resource problems. As an attorney with the US-based National Wildlife Federation, Noah managed the Great Lakes Water Resources Program for the nation's largest conservation organization. His courtroom successes on behalf of environmental institutions have set new legal precedents for wetland reviews and protection. At the federal level, he has won rulings against the United States Forest Service and other government agencies. Noah's full-picture outlook on natural resources is frequently cited in media reports.
In 2005, Noah joined the Wayne State University Law School faculty, having previously taught at the University of Michigan Law School. Noah holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan and B.S. from the University of Michigan School of Natural Resources and Environment with a concentration in Environmental Policy.
